Meet Life In Motion's Newest Brain Child Live. Life. Balanced, Our Healthy Lifestyle Boutique Shop!

Live. Life. Balanced is the tagline for Life In Motion Counseling Services. We have had an amazing response to our tag line so it took on a life all it's own.

Live. Life. Balanced is our online ecommerce shop that was created and is run by marriage and family therapists. The products we offer are meant to help you do self-care every day in small ways. It's the small ways that add up to BIG results.

I designed each category to offer some tips on the benefits of doing self-care. This will help you realize that self-care is not a grand gesture that we need to make time for. Those grand gestures are often placed on the back burner, and in essence placing you on the back burner as well.

Self-care can be small and made up of small moments or minutes throughout your day not hours or an entire day.

Taking a deep breath, listening to a song on the radio, taking the dog for a walk, drinking a glass of water, stretching your body, having a candle burning while you work. These are ways you can care for yourself without stressing over carving out massive amounts of time that you end up feeling guilty about because...well because you once again are on the back burner.

The benefits of small acts of kindness toward yourself are immeasurable. Lack of self-care causes depression, anxiety, stress, and physical ailments too.

The next blog to follow this will introduce you to BALANCING and will give you ways you can work on getting back in balance. Are you BALANCED?
