Return Policy

Live. Life. Balanced wants to be transparent and ethical in all of our transactions. We strive to be the leader in client/customer service and care. If we do not meet your expectations or we use a supplier that lets you down, please let us know immediately. We will strive to make it right!

We also ask that you be mindful of the reviews you leave. If you are happy let everyone know so we can reach more people and raise more funds for our charities.

Returns

Ok. So your wonderful buy was not so wonderful and did not meet your expectations. That's OK. No hurt feelings

.  

Live. Life. Balanced will happily accept returned products as long as the request is received by us within 14 (Fourteen) days from the day you received the product. Please see below for exceptions to returns.

 

Return of products - The products must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, and unused. Please do not use the product and then return it. That is just not OK (yes, people really do that).

Return of clothing - Clothes may be returned as long as the tags are still attached and the clothing has never been washed or worn. Once tags are removed and clothing is washed you cannot return it. Please try it on as soon as you get it. Clothing must be free of stains, animal hair, or damage.

​

Return of skin care products - Some suppliers of skin care products do not offer a return on their products unless the product is damaged. These products will be clearly marked on the product description page.

​

Products exempt from return policy - Some skin care products, food products, earrings, custom orders, last chance purchases, clearance items, and holiday items after the holiday has passed.

​

Returns are at the discretion of the suppliers and the retailer.

Retailer has the right to refuse a refund if we believe there is any abuse of the refund policy.. 

Refunds must also have a proof of purchase. With no proof of purchase there is no refund.

The return shipping cost will be paid by the customer and must include tracking. Live. Life. Balanced and our suppliers are not respopnsible for lost packages that are lost during the return process. Once we receive the product, your refund will be processed and you will receive the full amount paid for the product unless the supplier charges a restocking fee. This information will be listed on the product description page.

Warranty 

Ok so things happen and stuff breaks. Live. Life. Balanced will cover all products for 90 (Ninety) days from the day you received the product.

​

If you need to file a warranty claim please email us with a picture or video of the damaged product to Balancing..Life@LiveLifeBalanced.Today.

​

We may request that you send us the product instead. If so the cost of shipping the damaged product back to us will be pre-paid by the customer but the cost will be reimbursed along with the cost of the product.

​

In some instances we may offer to replace the product instead of issuing a refund but any shipping costs incured in returning the damaged product will still be refunded. 
 

Once we receive the product or the video/picture, we will process your claim within 14 (Fourteen) days.

 

Disclaimers

Live. Life. Balanced sell products that have not been tested or used by the owners and cannot attest to the product descriptions or quality. All products are chosen based upon the supplier's belief system and how well it matches ours, their return policy, and reviews from other customers. All suppliers we have chosen have 4.0 - 5.0 reviews out of a 5.0 scale at the time of this writing.

Shipping Policy

 

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 (Five) business days. Some instances may occur where there will be a delay in processing and shipping.

 

Once the order is shipped out and received by the carrier, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can start stalk your package.

​

Please allow 48-72 hours for the tracking information to be updated once it leaves the supplier.

 

Damaged Packages

 If your carrier does not realize how great your new product is and damages your amazing product, we will replace it. See return policy above.

Lost Packages

If the carrier does realize how great your new product is and delivers it to their home instead of yours, email us and we will replace it.

​

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to ship products to a P.O Box or a Military Address. I know that stinks so sorry.. 

 

Shipping Address Changes

If you figured out that you shipped your cool products to the wrong address, email us and we will do our best to fix it for you. If the product has already shipped, we cannot do anything.

Shipping Methods

There are 3 shipping methods that Live. Life. Balanced uses. Some are awesome and well... some are not.

​

1) Standard Shipping - Free. The cool one is Standard FREE shipping. This is where we will pay for the shipping because we are just that awesome.

2) Flat rate shipping - $8. The not so cool one is a flat rate. The cost for flat rate shipping is $8. We know that sucks but sometimes we may need to make ends meet. I am sure you understand this one!

3) Express shipping. This option is a comination of cool and sucks because you get your fun products like super fast but it costs $15 for 1-3 day delivery.

 

Not all products can be expressed shipped. Information will be in the cart.

The shipping rates may change depending how much the carrier charges us. He/She has to eat too.

Shipping Times

We try to be the best and get your stuff to you as soon as possible. Typical shipping times in the same region of the country range from 5-7 business days. It can be longer if it is going all the way across the country. In that case it can take up to 30 days.

Express shipping takes 1-3 days.

What effects how soon it will be before you are using your comfy product depends on the time of year (such as Christmas), supplier issues which are out of our control, and national or international shipping and supply chain issues such as what we are facing right now. Don't get me started!

 

We are excited for you to get your stuff too but once the order leaves our hands it is out of our hands (literally) so we ask that everyone be patient and reach out with any concerns and we will get through this together.
